Let’s Party Like It’s 1899!

It’s on! This Sunday, July 1st, 2007, at 6:00pm SLT, I’ll be hosting a party in the ballroom on the third floor of Writer Steam Works in Caledon SteamSkyCity to celebrate the 140th anniversary of the Confederation of Canada. (more…)

We Have Liftoff . . . Again!

Huzzah! It has become quite apparent that new skin makes vehicles work. I woke up this morning and the answer came to me. At first, due to the fact that it was morning and mornings aren’t meant for thinking, let alone answering questions, I dismissed it. But as I became somewhat more coherent, I realized that the answer was to the question of how to make the moon space ship work. (more…)

Vanity, thy Name is Newbe

Honestly, I had every intention of fixing the scripts within my steam rocket ship last night, but somehow I got sidetracked. I am not quite sure what caused the sitetrackedness, but it certainly had nothing to do with the inordinate desire to look dead sexy. No, really. (more…)

Karma Has a Head

It must be karma. The other day, I began development of a steam-punk-styled skydiving lift. It was a tad slow, so I changed a thing here and there. Golly, did that make a difference. I’ve created it and while it does manage to attain great altitude, graceful, quick and efficient it is not (more…)

Scripting for a Faster Today

It would appear, at least to me, that as of late, Caledon SteamSkyCity has been getting slower. This does, of course, make sense. It is a land rich in visual stimulation, both in the form of builds and due to scripts. As far as scripts go, I must admit, I might have played a small part. But that is changing. (more…)

Where Oh Where is the Werewolf

Talk as late within the fine nation of Caledon seems to be centered upon the existence of a werewolf. Now, seeing as I have a strong live-and-let-live attitude, I must profess a slight case of disconcertion. I say leave it be unless it should be so inclined as to disturb my tea time. (more…)

Fling for the Cure

My head is all a-whirl after yesterday’s festivities. The festivities of which I speak comprised the Caledon Triathlon for the Second Life Relay for Life. (more…)
